Travelers Link Africa is a locally owned, women-led destination management company based in Kampala, Uganda. Founded by sisters Angela Kyeyune and Sylvia Kyeyune Imakit, we create tailor-made safaris and travel experiences across Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania.
Our work is rooted in a simple belief: travel is more meaningful when you have the opportunity to connect with the places and people you visit.
Uganda is at the heart of our work. We know its landscapes, wildlife, communities and travel routes firsthand, and we use that knowledge to create journeys that go beyond the standard safari itinerary.
We design and operate tailor-made journeys for travelers who want to experience East Africa in a way that suits their interests, pace and budget.
Our experiences include:
We also arrange the practical elements that bring a journey together, including flight reservations, accommodation, ground transportation, permits, activities and other destination services.
Local Knowledge
We are based where we operate. Our understanding of Uganda and East Africa comes from firsthand experience and long-standing relationships with local guides, accommodation providers, communities and other tourism partners.
That local perspective helps us create realistic routes, choose experiences carefully and adapt journeys to what each traveler actually wants.
Tailor-Made by Design
We don't believe every traveler should follow the same itinerary. Your journey begins with a conversation about what interests you, how you like to travel, your available time and your budget. From there, we develop an itinerary that brings those priorities together.
Whether your main goal is gorilla trekking, wildlife, birding, culture, hiking or simply discovering Uganda at a comfortable pace, we build around you.
A Women-Led Ugandan Company
Travelers Link Africa was founded by sisters Angela Kyeyune and Sylvia Kyeyune Imakit.
Being locally owned and women-led is an important part of who we are. We are invested in the destinations where we live and work, and we want tourism to create opportunities for the people and places that make East Africa special.
Community Connections
Our journeys create opportunities for travelers to engage with communities through carefully selected cultural and community-based experiences.
Depending on the itinerary, this may include learning about local food and crafts, visiting community projects, meeting local producers, exploring cultural heritage or participating in activities led by community members.
We aim for these experiences to be respectful, mutually beneficial and connected to the communities themselves.
Responsible Travel
We believe tourism should be managed with care for people, wildlife, culture and the environment.
Travelers Link Africa is a Travelife Partner, and sustainability is increasingly integrated into the way we select partners, design experiences and operate our business.
Our approach is practical: reduce unnecessary waste, work with local partners, support community initiatives, encourage responsible interactions with wildlife and culture, and continually improve the way we operate.
"Thank you so much Angela! We had an amazing time during our adventure to Bwindi & gorilla trekking was truly a breathtaking once in a lifetime experience. Paius has taken great care of us & we appreciate all your efforts in making our time in Uganda a memorable one"
Peter D - Massachusetts | 5-Day Uganda Gorilla & Wildlife Safari
"Everything Angel set up/arranged for us went like clockwork (pick-ups, transfers...), with no issues whatsoever. Communications and service were impeccable (and we even had an opportunity to meet the delightful Angel in person). The safari was wonderful, the guide (Julius Abigaba) was phenomenal and accommodations lived up to expectations (and maybe beyond our expectations). We (my husband David and I) would wholeheartedly recommend Travelers Link Africa to anybody interested in an East African safari".

To create meaningful, transformative travel experiences across Africa that connect travelers with the continent's people, cultures, and landscapes while ensuring tourism benefits the communities we visit.
To redefine travel in East Africa through promoting responsible tourism that protects the planet, uplifts local communities, and fosters genuine connections between travelers and destinations.
Angela Kyeyune and Sylvia Kyeyune Imakit founded Travelers Link Africa from a deep belief that travel should go beyond sightseeing, it should connect, inspire, and truly transform. With over 30 years of collective roots in the travel industry and a shared passion for Africa, Angela and Sylvia lead with heart, integrity, and purpose.
"Our passion is rooted in a deep love for Africa and a desire to share its beauty in a way that is meaningful, responsible, and unforgettable."
We are truly honored to be part of your journey. Thank you for trusting us with your experience.
Together, let’s create meaningful memories and inspire a lifelong connection to Africa, where every journey begins with wonder and ends with gratitude.
For us, transformation doesn't have to mean a dramatic or life-changing moment.
Sometimes it is seeing a mountain gorilla in the forest for the first time.
Sometimes it is learning how coffee is grown and processed.
Sometimes it is sharing a meal, hearing a story or walking through a landscape you have never seen before.
These moments change the way we see places and people.
That is what Travel that transforms means to us.
You are at the heart of everything we do. Your feedback helps us grow, improve, and innovate. After each journey, we invite you to share your experience through our post-trip evaluation process, helping us refine our services and create even more meaningful adventures.
Together, we celebrate Africa’s beauty, diversity, and resilience, one unforgettable journey at a time.
