Day 1: Kampala – Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Our first stop is the iconic Equator crossing point. Here, you can watch the demonstration of the Northern Hemisphere and the Southern Hemisphere.
Next, we journey to the Igongo Cultural Centre for a delightful lunch with local cuisine. It’s a cultural immersion, giving you a taste of Uganda’s rich heritage. After that, continue the drive through picturesque farmlands and the Gorilla Highlands, where rolling hills and lush landscapes set the stage for the adventures ahead.

Following this unforgettable encounter, you’ll trek back to the trailhead and then transfer you back to Ichumbi Gorilla Lodge.
